Orders and your parcels
We ship orders worldwide and locally through Jersey Post. Since we are based on an island, our parcels have to take one extra step of passing through UK customs before they are sent onward to your front door. This means that customers should expect an extra working day or two for delivery compared to mainland UK-based shops.
As always, once we drop off our parcels at our Jersey Post office we are no longer in control for the speed of delivery of goods to you. Orders to UK customers are posted at first class standard rate – if you would like to request tracking, please email us or add a note to your order and we will arrange the additional postage fee directly with you. For international orders, please refer to your tracking information to check the progress of your parcel.
As above, increased parcels in the postal networks in the weeks leading up to Christmas means that there unfortunately may be some delays in shipping. When in doubt, please order early!

Recommended Last Orders for Christmas
Below are our recommended last order dates* by destination, as detailed by the Jersey Post Office:

We will continue to post parcels after these dates subject to staff availability, so please continue to order throughout December for parcels to arrive in the New Year. These artisan yarns aren’t just for Christmas!
* Last order dates are provided at one working day prior to Jersey Post’s last delivery date, to give us enough time to parcel and send final Christmas orders. Please use these dates as a rough guide as we cannot guarantee delivery in time for Christmas in the event of sudden unforeseen delays. When in doubt, please order early!
Please note that there will be reduced parcel posting between 24th December 2024 – 8th January 2025, as our staff take a well-earned rest with their families. Please allow extra time for orders to arrive when purchased during this timeframe.
