Covid-19 Notice

Our Jersey studio days on Fridays are currently closed until the end of the government imposed lockdown on the island. Please find details of the Jersey lockdown on their website here.

We are still shipping yarn worldwide and locally. Post offices are remaining open, and we are limiting our visits to one or two times a week. We will be grouping parcels together to allow less frequent trips outside, so please expect a few days delay of your parcel.

We have increased our hygiene and cleaning precautions when packaging your orders, and are working from home to limit our exposure to the public as per the government ‘Stay Home’ guidelines.

Jersey customers can select ‘Local Pickup’ at checkout for free kerbside pickup, (make sure to select Jersey as your ‘country’ to see this option). Please email us (imogen@figtreeyarns.je) to arrange your contact-free pickup at your convenience.

We will be introducing contact-free home delivery next week, and further details on this will be announced. Please check our Instagram page for live updates.

1. How soon will my order ship?

Orders received before 12 noon will be shipped from Jersey the same day. However, an island location does mean that sometimes planes can’t leave and there may be a delay in delivery.

2. What are your return policies?

Returns and exchanges can be made within 30 days – please see our policies page for further information.

3. I live in Jersey, can I pick up my items from the studio?

Sure! Give us a call to arrange a time to pick up your goods, and visit us at the studio.

4. Can you order a different colourway in your yarns if I can’t see it on the site?

When possible, we will gladly order another colour for you. However as most of our yarn is sourced from independent dyers in the USA, this may take a couple of weeks, and we will charge postage. Please send us a message through the contact page and we’ll let you know whether it is possible. All special orders must be pre-paid.
