1. How soon will my order ship?

Orders received before 12 noon will be shipped from Jersey the same day. However, an island location does mean that sometimes planes can’t leave and there may be a delay in delivery.

2. What are your return policies?

Returns and exchanges can be made within 30 days – please see our policies page for further information.

3. I live in Jersey, can I pick up my items from the studio?

Sure! If we have an item on the website, then we have it in stock. Give us a call to arrange a time to pick up your goods, and visit us at the studio.

4. Can you order a different colourway in your yarns if I can’t see it on the site?

When possible, we will gladly order another colour for you. However as most of our yarn is sourced from independent dyers in the USA, this may take a couple of weeks, and we will charge postage. Please send us a message through the contact page and we’ll let you know whether it is possible. All special orders must be pre-paid.

5. What are the last order dates for my items to arrive in time for Christmas 2019?

Last order dates depending on order destination:

Jersey – Friday 21st December
UK, IOM and other CI – Wednesday 18th December
Europe – Saturday 30th November
Rest of the world – Thursday 21st November

Please note: these last dates are approximate and we cannot guarantee delivery before Christmas. As with all deliveries, once we hand over parcels to Jersey Post/Royal Mail we are no longer liable for any delays.
