Fetching. Quirky. Outlandish! When you cross a full length opera glove with a fingerless mitt you get a touch of glam without any pretension. The Greensleeves pattern is knit in a simple allover lace pattern.

These extra long mitts can be worked to fit snugly at the upper arm or, with just a bit of slouch. By simply decreasing needle sizes two times, the changes in gauge achieve the desired tapering shape. Clever, simple and oh so fun! For sizes S/M and L/XL.

Materials –

1 skein Swans Island Natural Colours, 100% Organic Merino Wool, fingering weight ( 100gms, 525 yds each),

US Size 3, 4, and 5 (3.25, 3.5, and 3.75 mm) double-pointed needles (set of 5) or sizes needed to obtain gauge,

Stitch marker.
