Ritual Dyes – Priestess
Priestess is Ritual Dyes’ soft and plump DK-weight in 100% extra-fine superwash merino!
Merino wool is known for its softness, shine and breathability. It ranges in different types, measured by microns which are used to determine the diameter of the wool fibre. The smaller the number, the finer the fibre. Priestess is an extra-fine merino. It is a durable and naturally insulating fibre.
This merino is superwash which keeps the fibres from felting and takes dye easily creating saturated, vibrant colours. Priestess is machine-washable (although hand washing is still recommended) and is great for babies and children. It has a high stitch definition and is great for cables and colourwork.
All of our current Priestess colourways are from the Zodiac Collection and are available in two other bases – Fae and Maiden.
